All classes will run at designated time.  If you contact us before 12pm of the day of class, we can record the class for you to do later on your own if you can’t make the class time.  The link will be good for 24 hours.

Ballroom Fit (Rights Reserved)

Join us for our ORIGINAL Dance Fitness Format called Ballroom Fit.  The program was created by our Founder, Rachael Moore.  She designed the class with her experience in Ballroom Dancing, personal training, and Degree in Health Science.  The program is interval training with all components of Physical Fitness to gain a full body workout.  You will learn all partnership dances without a partner! Rachael continues to enhance the program with her extended education in Dance and pursuing her Masters Degree at Harvard University.  

The class is designed for those who want a High Intensity workout and those who want a Low Intensity workout.  No experience required! Ages 6+
